Cosmetic consultation and medical visits for out of network patients are as follows:
Dr. Jones, Dr. Wesley $475.00 new patients, $325.00 returning patients
Dr. Kosche, Dr. Ardalan Minokadeh $350.00 new patients, $325.00 returning patients
Consultation fees are applied to the cost of any cosmetic procedures performed, including if scheduled for a later date.
