There’s a new dermatologist at Los Angeles’ Skin Care & Laser Physicians of Beverly Hills. Dr. Jeanette Black joined the practice as a physician in September, joining Dr. Derek Jones and Dr. Naissan Wesley in their mission to provide superior medical and cosmetic skin care to patients in Southern California.
Regulars at the practice will recognize Dr. Black’s face, since she spent the last year here working as a fellow. That means she will recognize many faces, too, as she continues to share her skills and talents with men and women seeking smooth and clear cheeks, noses, foreheads, chins, and more.
The addition of dermatologist Dr. Black to the Skin Care & Laser Physicians of Beverly Hills team further cements the practice’s physician-only status, assuring patients that every injection, laser treatment, consultation, and follow-up will be at the hands of a trained, experienced, certified, and licensed doctor.
Dr. Black graduated with a bachelor of science degree from Pepperdine University before earning her medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine. Prior to her dermatologic surgery fellowship at Skin Care & Laser Physicians of Beverly Hills, she completed an internship in internal medicine and a residency in dermatology at Tulane University School of Medicine.
Patients interested in learning more about her background should know that she has co-authored many articles for medical journals and has been published in textbooks. Her board certification is with the American Board of Dermatology, and she is an active member in the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
