Dermatologist and Dermatologic Surgeon

As a fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon and board-certified dermatologist, Dr. Kosche brings advanced expertise in skin cancer treatment, reconstructive surgery, and state- of-the-art cosmetic dermatology to Skin Care and Laser Physicians of Beverly Hills. With a passion for achieving both optimal medical and cosmetic outcomes, Dr. Kosche combines precision surgical techniques with cutting-edge cosmetic dermatology to restore both health and confidence in his patients.

Dr. Kosche completed his Mohs Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology Fellowship at the prestigious University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), where he gained extensive expertise in skin cancer removal, reconstructive surgery, and advanced laser and aesthetic procedures. Prior to his fellowship, he also completed his dermatology residency at UCSF, one of the nation’s top dermatology residency programs, where he was selected to serve as Chief Resident.

At Skin Care and Laser Physicians of Beverly Hills, Dr. Kosche offers a comprehensive approach to skin health, integrating expertise in Mohs surgery with the latest advancements in non-invasive cosmetic treatments, including laser resurfacing, injectables, and scar treatments. Dr. Kosche is known for his gentle bedside manner and personalized approach to care, taking the time to educate and empower his patients about their skin health and treatment options. His commitment to patient-centered care ensures that every treatment plan is tailored to enhance both function and beauty with natural-looking results.

Dr. Kosche is an active contributor to dermatologic research and has authored multiple textbook chapters. He has numerous peer-reviewed publications in leading dermatology journals focusing on dermatologic oncology, aesthetic dermatology, and reconstructive surgery. He is passionate about providing inclusive and affirming care to all patients, with a particular interest in the dermatologic needs of the LGBTQ community and individuals living with HIV. He previously served in a leadership role in the American Academy of Dermatology LGBTQ Expert Resource Group.

When not in the clinic, Dr. Kosche enjoys living a healthy lifestyle. You can often find him in a group fitness class or at the gym. He is an avid home cook but will never say no to going out for sushi.
